To inaugurate our 11th Anniversary Giveaway, we would like to take this opportunity to pay tribute to our beloved Baba-Nyonya heritage. In this composition, the classic rose is deconstructed and reimagined from its very heart, shaped by the rich influences of Baba-Nyonya culture. This is a rose deeply rooted in ancestral soil, gently nurtured by the grace and refinement of the Nyonya. Notes of tapai pulut, pandan leaf, and gula melaka are woven around rose absolute and rose otto, supported by white sandalwood, Dalbergia wood, and Chinese temple incense which evoke the atmosphere and grandeur of traditional Baba-Nyonya mansions. Experience this one-of-a-kind floral composition with the true backbone and complexity of the Baba-Nyonya heritage.

Celebrating the Year of the Horse! At the heart of Vol Du Cheval Céleste lies the profound Chinese idiom 天馬行空 (Tiānmǎ Xíngkōng), literally translating to "the heavenly horse galloping across the sky". In Chinese culture, this idiom describes a spirit that is unconstrained and transcendently creative. It represents an imagination that knows no bounds and a soul that moves freely through the heavens. This EDP is the liquid translation of that soaring freedom. The scent opens with a vibrant, high-pitched kick of Shiyueju mandarin and green mandarin, a citrus burst that mimics the crisp air of a high-altitude ascent. The heart reveals a delicate floralcy, featuring the rare, honeyed wintersweet extract and the ethereal Tumi flower and Fuzhou jasmine. Orris butter provides a powdery, cloud-like texture, while white sandalwood and Chinese juniper wood conjure the image of sacred timbers found in mountain shrines. Wool absolute and a majestic musk and ambergris accord evoke the velvet texture of its mane. As the imaginative journey draws to a close, patchouli, vetiver, and amber ground the composition, leaving a lingering trail of golden dust.
